We are excited to launch a new range of clear PVC-U static mixers, to meet market demand within the industrial services industry.

With no moving parts, and utilising the energy generated from the flow stream, the new static mixers provide a cost-effective and reliable solution for the continuous mixing of fluids within a pipeline. The highly-engineered product is particularly ideal for chemical dosing applications, where it is vital chemicals are thoroughly mixed with the fluid being conveyed through the pipe system.

Providing the ability to accurately mix fluids quickly, the static mixer comprises a clear PVC-U housing, offering effective visual monitoring of the mixing process and allowing easy identification of maintenance and cleaning requirements. The innovative product is supplied with PVC-U socket unions for ease of installation onto new or existing pipework, while also enabling the mixer to be easily removed from the system for maintenance, without damaging the pipework.

Offering complete flexibility for end users, the static mixer offers a pressure rating of up to 16 bar, while it can be supplied with either 6 or 12 mixing elements, depending on the viscosity of the fluid being mixed.

Commenting on the new product launch, our industrial brand manager, Rich Pedley, said: “We continually speak to our customers to gain insights into their product requirements and identified a need for this product within several industry sectors. Within chemical dosing applications particularly, customers were looking for a solution to high viscosity chemicals not mixing thoroughly and quickly enough and so we can now offer them a product that does just that.

“Initial feedback on the mixer has been exceptional and, as an excellent enhancement to our PVC-U range, we are expecting it to be very popular with customers.”

Our new static mixer is fully compatible with our PVC-U pipe and fittings and is available in sizes ½” / 20mm up to 2” / 63mm.
