Durapipe Guardian is launched

We are delighted to announce the exciting launch of a new dual contained pipework system, Durapipe Guardian.



Specifically aimed at addressing the requirements set out in AMP5, Durapipe Guardian is a unique dual containment pipework system – designed to cater for water treatment applications.

Water Authorities are dictating that all pipework systems which are not located in a contained area, such as pipework that passes near gantries or above public areas, need to be dual contained as an increased safety measure, as well as risking potential contamination.

Addressing these needs, Durapipe Guardian is a unique pipework system that incorporates a patented Centralok system, which provides a solid fixed fitting, offering a true point of difference from other products on the market.

This sturdiness makes the system much easier to install, as the inner pipe is in a fixed position and can be easily jointed, compared with alternative dual containment products where the inner section moves freely. The fixed fitting also means there is half the number of joins in the system, significantly reducing the number of potential leak paths to offer an exceptionally reliable pipework system.

Manufactured in PVC-U material, Durapipe Guardian is ideal for water and waste treatment applications as it allows the safe transportation of different fluids and some chemical concentrates without fear of corrosion and environmental pollution.
